Service Description

The consultation is to discuss your current hair care routines, ascertain your hair type, texture and curl pattern to decide if it is suited for the service you wish to take up. The aim is for us to understand your hair care needs and achieve your final look and for you to ask any questions or express any concerns you may have.

Cancellation Policy

*PLEASE NOTE DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE* Deposits can be used to reschedule if done so within the cancellation period. If you cannot make it for any reason please give notice at least 48hrs before your appointment day. A £5 charge will be added for every 10 mins late. If you are more than 20 mins late you will have to reschedule and lose any deposit paid.
