CANCELLATION POLICY
Regal Roots Salon Policy *PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE* Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the 48-hour cancellation period.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations outside this period (i.e., the day before or the same day) will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full service price, which will be automatically taken from your card.

LATENESS
You are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a £15 late fee will apply. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT
If your service takes longer than the scheduled time due to undisclosed factors (e.g., extra regrowth, additional hair length, or other requirements not mentioned at the time of booking), an additional charge of £10 will apply.

There are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on any products unless the product is received faulty or doesnt match the description. You have the right to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.

SHIPPING
We offer standard UK shipping at a flat rate of £3.99 per order. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.
