Service Description
Before booking an appointment, please ensure you have had a patch test done in the salon. Patch tests are required 72 hours before your appointment time. Please let the salon know what colour you require before your appointment to ensure your desired shade is available. If colour or shade needs to be discussed, please book a colour consultation in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Regal Roots Salon Policy *PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE* Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the 48 hours cancellation period. Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations outside this period (i.e., the day before or the same day) will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full service price, which will be automatically taken from your card. Lateness: You are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a £15 late fee will apply. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Service Adjustments: If your service takes longer than the scheduled time due to undisclosed factors (e.g., extra regrowth, additional hair length, or other requirements not mentioned when booking), an additional charge starting from £10 will apply.
