Deposits can be used to reschedule if done so within the cancellation period.
If you cannot make it for any reason please give notice at least 48hrs before your appointment day. A £5 charge will be added for every 10 mins late. If you are more than 20 mins late you will have to reschedule and lose any deposit paid.
PLEASE BE AWARE if you cancel outside of the cancellation period i.e. day before or same day, there is a cancellation fee of the full service price.
