Service Description
Before booking an appointment, please ensure you have had a patch test done in the salon. Patch tests are required 72 hours before your appointment time. Please let the salon know what colour you require before your appointment to ensure your desired shade is available. If colour or shade needs to be discussed, please book a colour consultation in advance.
Cancellation Policy
*PLEASE NOTE DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE* Deposits can be used to reschedule if done so within the cancellation period. If you cannot make it for any reason please give notice at least 48hrs before your appointment day. A £5 charge will be added for every 10 mins late. If you are more than 20 mins late you will have to reschedule and lose any deposit paid. PLEASE BE AWARE if you cancel outside of the cancellation period i.e. day before or same day, there is a cancellation fee of the full service price. Please note: If your service exceeds the time allocated for that service, there will be a charge of £5 per half hour, up to one hour.
