Cancellation Policy

*PLEASE NOTE DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE* Deposits can be used to reschedule if done so within the cancellation period. If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. A £10 late fee will apply for lateness, and if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited. Cancellations outside the allowed period (i.e., the day before or on the same day) will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full service price, that will automatically be taken from your card. Please also note: If your service exceeds the scheduled time, additional time will be charged at £10 per half hour.
