Cancellation Policy
Regal Roots Salon Policy *PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE* Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the 48 hours cancellation period. Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations outside this period (i.e., the day before or the same day) will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full service price, which will be automatically taken from your card. Lateness: You are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a £15 late fee will apply. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Service Adjustments: If your service takes longer than the scheduled time due to undisclosed factors (e.g., extra regrowth, additional hair length, or other requirements not mentioned when booking), an additional charge starting from £10 will apply.
